Upon completion of your order, a member from our team will be in touch with a booking confirmation and to discuss freight estimates and completion dates.
A final freight cost invoice will be issued upon completion of your front bar. All charges associated with freight will be customers' responsibility.

- Deposit Requirement When purchasing a product through Kingz Customs, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order and initiate the manufacturing process. By paying this deposit, you acknowledge and agree that your order is locked in for production, and no cancellations or refunds will be provided for the deposit under any circumstances.

Remaining Balance The remaining balance of your order is due before the product is either picked up, shipped, or installed. Full payment must be received before any delivery, installation, or pickup arrangements are made.

Non-Refundable Deposit The 50% deposit is non-refundable. In the event of order cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

Order Processing The manufacturing of your product will commence once the 50% non-refundable deposit is received. Please note that the deposit secures your spot in the production schedule and ensures that materials and resources are allocated specifically for your order.

Payment Methods Payments for both the deposit and remaining balance can be made through our secure online payment portal.

Failure to Pay Remaining Balance If the remaining balance is not paid by the time the product is ready for pickup, shipment, or installation, Kingz Customs reserves the right to delay the release of the product until full payment is received. Failure to pay the balance within 30 days may result in the cancellation of the order, and the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.

Shipping & Delivery Once full payment is received, shipping, pickup, or installation arrangements will be made. Shipping and delivery fees are separate and will be charged accordingly.

Changes to Order Any modifications to the order after the 50% deposit has been made may be subject to additional charges or production delays, as discussed with you by our customer service team.
